Last year, I remember that my internet was working really badly, like it was extremely slow. Then I knew that this is impossible and every single time we try to download something it was taking AGES!!!.... So I was fed-up and went to call streamyx...


*Calling Streamyx* *Phone Ringing*

Streamyx: Hi, Thank you for calling Streamyx, How may I help you?"

Me: Hi, I have a problem with my internet. Its been very slow for the past few weeks.

Streamyx: Okay, I will ask you some questions for verification...

Me: Ok.

*Couple minutes after*

Streamyx: Okay, in our system, it says that everything is working and that you are connected.

Me: Yes I am connected, its just that the internet is very slow. Takes a whole day to load one page!

Streamyx: Oh okay. Well can you please go to our website and go to Speed Test?

Me: Okay I am trying now.

*20 minutes later*

Streamyx: Miss?

Me: Yes I'm still here. Its still loading the website.

Streamyx: Okay...

Me: I don't think this is working. I think its either there is a problem with the phone...

*Phone cuts off* ..................

Okay lets try calling again...

*Phone Ringing*

Streamyx: Hi, Thank you for calling Streamyx, How may I help you?"

Me: Hi, I called earlier about an internet problem...

Streamyx: Okay, I need to make some verification...

*Couple minutes later*

Streamyx: Okay so you are saying that your internet is taking a while to load.

Me: Yes. well not a while. LONG time to load.

Streamyx: Do you think you can go into your website and click on Speed Test?

Me: I tried that before, but its taking like more then 30 minutes and still nothing is loading...

Streamyx: Okay miss, we need to know your upload and download speed to understand more of the situation.

Me: I know but I think there is something wrong with your line.

Streamyx: Okay. Can you try to get the Speed test?

Me: I just told you its not working! Its taking ages to load....

*Phone cuts off* *Hit the phone on my head and hangs up* Okay I was really really getting angry about this. What kind of system that would cut off while speaking! HOW RUDE!!!

*Calls again*

Streamyx: Hi, Thank you for calling Streamyx, How may I help you?"

Me: Hi yes I have called already a 3rd time about a problem with my internet and nothing is solved.

Streamyx: Okay Will need to ask some few questions for verification...

Me: Oh no please don't! I'm wasting my time, and each time this phone of yours keeps cutting. Please get going with it! I need to get this solved!

Streamyx: Okay miss. we need you to know what is your upload and download speed

Me: Oh my goodness! I have been telling everyone in this company that the internet isn't working properly!

Streamyx: I know that but the system is asking to check on the speed and too see the real problem...

Me: is that the only solution your depending on?! How do you expect me to give you the download and upload speed if the INTERNET isn't WORKING!!!! So listen to me okay before the line cuts off. There is surely something wrong with your line and is blocking in my area! I want you to get it checked!

Streamyx: Okay, we can send someone over there to get it fixed. It will be 50 RM.

Me: I don't think my side has a problem since you keep on saying that everything is in order on my side!

Streamyx: I can send it a report so that one of our man can see what is the problem

Me: Yes please do! Thank you.

Streamyx: Okay here is your report number. Thank you for calling streamyx, have a pleasant day.



So couple days after, I was right! It was a faulty phone line and they had to either restart on that area of Ampang or add another lien. So really it was the companies fault!!! Then Streamyx called again and said how is the internet now and I said BRILLIANT!!!!

The headaches I gotta deal with... but as long as the internet is up and running, I'm all happy like never before.

Headache....

Headache...sleep....sleepy......sleeeeeeeeepy....

These passed few weeks I haven't been having my 'satisfied' sleep as I should be. I have absolutely no clue why. I sleep my 8hrs like normal. I read before going to bed so it makes me sleepy and I fall into a coma immediately. Im a deep sleeper told by my sister and my mother. I seem to talk in my sleep, snore and sometime move very rough. One time when we had to share rooms in a hotel, I actually pushed them off the bed by accident...scary...!

My mother made some research and saw I was having 'Chronic Fatigue Symptoms" OH thats great to know at such age!!!! But the symptoms they say it's quiet accurate.

  • difficulty with concentration and/or memory (Check)
  • sore throat (check)
  • tender lymph nodes in the neck or armpit region
  • myalgia (muscle pain)
  • arthralgia (joint pain)
  • lack of refreshing sleep (Check)
  • new onset of headaches (Check)
  • a vague feeling of bodily discomfort (malaise) after exertion

Well since I gotta start my day, woke up at 8am as usual, found out my two dogs got ticks so had to tick wash them both, and sprayed tactic on them. Even though they were both tied up, the black one (Hatari) started to rub himself on the floor whiles the other dog (Asantee) started to roll around in the grass likes as if the product I just put on them will be the end of the world...

So I left them there for 15 minutes, and continued spraying the whole outside area of my house with tactic and making sure it goes where dark places are and on the walls. I inspected the whole place to see if there aren't any left out. Then I sprayed all over the grass that just got cut. Getting back at my dog, only to find them snoozing so deep under the hot sunk getting themselves dried off.




I made an appointment with a doctor at Glenealge but of course it was the wrong one...
So he gave me another person. And she wasn't available until next week. Jeeezzz......

Anyways since nothing worked, I thought of having a small tea at the famous place....

I was so anxious since I last had a fabulous tea!!!!! So me and my mother agreed since we really appreciate DOME. I consider the price there is so worth it!!! I mean did you see the number of things they give you?! I mean its....HUGE! In this place, when its costly, expect it to be HUGE =D

When I opened the menu I was mouth watering already! I hardly even read any of the texts, its just the pictures thats gets into me. And when they show such beautiful pictures, its no joke! Its real, right there!






So I ordered this special Afternoon set which had Curry Puff with two scones along with creme and delicious strawberry jams, and a chocolate Fudge with Coffee or Tea. I took Tea with EarlGrey. And GAWD!!! It was....HUUUUGE! all this cost 19.00RM.

It might not appear huge but it was! I hardly could finished the chocolate fudge. And most people know by now, i loathe wasting food! So i took it back home.

My mother ordered a cheese Cake of Macadamia with Viennese drink, which is some kind of coffee like drink....


Look at her! All happy to have her meal. Since she was craving for a worthy cake, well here she is with a HUGE slice of cake.

After eating all this we were engorge like an elephant! We are just mad to have eaten so much! Definitely, no dinner for both of us!

Then we went shopping for a bit at Carrefour, and each time we kept seeing food, we wanted to vomit or my mother would tease me and try to make me look at tons of fast Food like KFC!!!

Ughh! As soon as we got home, I was quickly going to my room to crash but then I realized I had to get my dogs out for exercise and it was already 6:16pm! .... I dragged my sleepy body to get both of my dog to play with one another, and me sitting watching them. If I am not they're to watch them, they will not play around together unless my German Shepherd annoys him a lot. Then after a while when they are both exhausted, got my black dog tied, making sure the leash is triple leashed and making sure his bowl is filled up with water, and his living environment has no furr and not wet either. Then I went to check the sleeping area of my German Shepherd. To make sure no fruits from the bats are left, and gave her a chewy bone. Check the surround of my house one last time, making sure everything is in order. Then quickly lock up the front door, and dash quickly up the stairs and crash into my lovely bed and fell asleep... until I realized...

'I gotta put this story up' and this is where I end. Writing this blog and still was not able to 'crash' into my bed properly. It's already 10pm and its time for me to sleep!

20 Unfortunate Puppies...

On the 26th of February, one of the vet arrived at the SPCA shelter around 7:30 a.m. to see a rather terrible spectacle. One of the vets there had found three buckets -full of water.



The vet knew too well what it was all about, as this scenario has already happened many times.To most of the staff’s horror, however, they saw that those buckets contained not only water, but...quite a number of puppies! They were almost under water –the staff remained speechless & shocked, not knowing what to think!The vet said to one of the colleagues: “This is what we mean when we say that we receive puppies in buckets. In this scenario, the people must have left the three buckets in front of the gate in the middle of the night when it was raining. Only in the morning, when I arrived, I saw all of those puppies stacked on top of each other. The smallest puppies were at the bottom, the oldest were at the top. In those three buckets, there were almost 20 puppies. Those that were at the bottom, drowned immediately. Those that we took out quickly and put them in one cage were in a state of shock and shivering.' said the vet.


"The rest that are in the buckets have already died or are on the way."




"Putting down animals especially puppies is extremely heart breaking for us.” She continues. “We are the ones that have to see all those puppies die right in front of our eyes. We wish we had a choice, but in such cases as these, we have absolutely no choice at all, but to euthanize them.” The vet walked away with guilt and disgust, having no further things to say. Some of the staff were almost in tears and shocked. Twenty puppies in three buckets!? Hard to believe such a thing! How can people be so heartless or not even think of what could happen to those puppies during the night? It was unforgivable to let so many puppies end their lives in such a manner, by drowning! Out of all of those twenty puppies, only three survived. Those that were in the cage were too traumatized and infected by the dirty water, so they had to be humanly euthanized to end their suffering.

The three surviving puppies were right at the top, so they were less traumatized and shocked and not touched by the dirty water.


The work of the staff at the SPCA shelter can be so difficult & heart-rending, when such events as this one, happen!It has shocked us beyond words, but also it has woken us up on the fact that work at the shelter can be ever so hard because of the brutal things that have to be dealt with... It’s a never ending story of animal cruelty.


Please, neuter your pets and your neighborhood strays. By neutering ONE animal, you prevent THOUSANDS of others from being born and experiencing such a cruel fate...
